Founding Designer | Brand, Product & Growth

As founding designer, I led all design and experience efforts for HighRewards, a reward-based mobile app for the 21+ economy. Defined the brand, product UX/UI, and go-to-market assets across web, app, and communications.

Worked closely with developers to deliver specs, motion, and a scalable design system. Later guided a full rebrand to meet compliance requirements without losing user appeal.

  Impact

Launched in October 2024. 80K+ active users in the first months. 37% day-7 retention, 33% day-14 and 25% day-30, outperforming industry benchmarks (15–25%). $13.4M+ in tracked transactions and 418K+ reward actions generated through receipt uploads and in-store check-ins. 59K+ users have visited partner stores through the platform.
