For the last 20 years, I’ve driven visual and strategic impact across both established companies and startups in financial, entertainment, retail, fashion, healthcare and education. From agency work to in-house leadership, I’ve built bold identities, directed multi-channel campaigns, and guided creative teams to shape standout brands. As Founding Designer, I helped launch HighRewards—an innovative rewards app built for the 21+ economy. I worked closely with the core team to define key features, design the product experience, and guide development to deliver a user-friendly MVP.
I created the brand identity from scratch and designed the website, social media presence, pitch decks, and launch communications—serving both B2C audiences and B2B partners. Midway through, we had to pivot our branding and voice to meet strict market regulations; successfully reframing the narrative without losing user appeal.
I also mentored design interns, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
As Head of Design for Klover’s B2C marketing team, I had a key role in the brand overhaul that elevated the company’s visual identity and boosted user engagement in the Fintech space. At the time, Klover had limited branding, so I stepped in to define a more cohesive, bold look.
I partnered with an external agency to shape the brand voice and finalized identity, then applied it across all touchpoints: website, email, in-app content, social, acquisition ads and internal decks. I also created scalable templates and design systems that empowered the marketing team to work faster and stay on-brand across lifecycle campaigns.
I joined as a founding designer and grew into Art Director, helping shape one of the leading shopping rewards apps in the U.S., delivering work across both B2C and B2B. Over the years, I built brand assets, designed performance-driven campaigns, and evolved the visual identity across marketing and product.
I led a team of 7 designers and content creators, introduced reusable systems to streamline production, and bridged creative, product, and marketing to deliver both day-to-day results and long-term brand equity.
