Understand

Start with the actual problem, business context, users and constraints. The goal is not to immediately produce screens. It is to understand what needs to become clearer before deciding what to build.

Shape

Turn ambiguity into something concrete. That may involve positioning, product structure, user flows, prototypes, messaging or defining the smallest useful version of an idea.

Build

Move quickly from concept into something real. Depending on the problem, I work across Figma, frontend, product copy, brand systems, AI-assisted development and the product repository itself.

Ship

A good idea that never leaves the design file is not particularly useful. I stay close to implementation, iterate against the actual product and work with engineering until the experience holds up outside the mockup.

Learn

Once something is live, use real behavior, analytics and feedback to decide what should happen next. The process is iterative rather than linear.

Tools like Figma, code, AI agents, repos, frontend implementation and analytics are secondary — the main message is fluid movement from ambiguity to shipped, measurable product.
